THE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Undergraduate degree required, project management training in related field would be an asset.
  • Diploma in Architectural or Engineering Technology from an accredited College preferred.
  • Management training would be an asset.
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience required.
  • Knowledge of applicable building codes, standards, and regulations required.
  • An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Advanced technical and administrative skills required.
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD required.
  • Professional and respectful working manner with highly effective verbal and written English communication skills required.
  • Ability to make technical observations on project sites and work directly with Contractors required.
  • Ability to assist in the planning, scheduling, organization, and coordination of signage projects required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with professional results is required.
  • Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities within a fast-paced environment required.
  • Satisfactory work record, including satisfactory attendance and punctuality, is required.
