Description Project Assistant – Quality Control Reviewer BrandPoint | Cherry Hill, NJ (On-Site) Salary: $45,000+ annually, based on experience BrandPoint's Fixtures & Merchandising Division is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Assistant – Quality Control Reviewer to join our growing team in Cherry Hill, NJ. This role is critical to ensuring the quality, accuracy, and successful completion of merchandising and fixture installation projects across the country. Key Responsibilities Review installation photos, documentation, and project deliverables to ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards. Verify project completion details and identify discrepancies or missing information. Process completed work orders for vendor payment approval. Monitor and manage project escalations, ensuring timely resolution and communication. Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Communicate with field teams, project managers, clients, and internal departments regarding project status and quality concerns. Support the Fixtures & Merchandising team with administrative and project-related tasks as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems. Previous experience in project coordination, quality control, merchandising, retail installations, or administrative support is preferred.
