This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of construction projects while ensuring streamlined operations and adherence to project timelines.

• Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Support the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring all stages align with established goals.
• Assist in managing master schedules to track progress and identify potential delays.
• Perform document scanning and organization to maintain accurate project records.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Monitor project milestones and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
• Facilitate the implementation of project management tools and processes to improve efficiency.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the project team.
• Identify and address any issues that arise during the course of the project.
• Proven experience in coordinating project timelines and schedules.
• Familiarity with construction project workflows and processes.
• Strong organizational skills, particularly in managing master schedules.
• Ability to perform scanning and maintain detailed records.
• Experience in project management or a related role.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and resolve project challenges.
