This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, comfort with numbers, and experience using QuickBooks. You don’t need a formal accounting education—just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to stay on top of day-to-day financial tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Collecting, entering, and tracking invoices
  • Paying vendors and monitoring payment schedules
  • Updating and maintaining financial records in QuickBooks
  • Assisting with budget tracking and expense reporting
  • Supporting financial admin tasks across multiple projects
  • Keeping documentation accurate and well-organized for audits or reporting
