JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Associate/Manager to support strategic initiatives across business operations and program delivery. This role will play a critical part in coordinating business account reviews, driving project management efforts, and identifying opportunities for process optimization. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and analytical skills, with a passion for operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management in a business, technology or operations setting.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, MS Project).Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid methodologies in matrix project organisations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly convey information to a wide range of stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable with data-driven decision-making.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, ScrumMaster, or equivalent).
