Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Associate to support our team. In this role, you will contribute to the successful planning, coordination, and execution of projects while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating technician activities, managing system updates, maintaining accurate project documentation, and supporting workflow tracking. This position requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as an important link between field technicians, internal teams, and project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and efficient project execution. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project activities, resources, schedules, and information to support successful delivery Monitor project progress and proactively identify, track, and escalate issues when necessary Facilitate effective communication between project teams, field technicians, and external stakeholders Track project timelines, working hours, and budget compliance using project management tools Support project execution by handling administrative, technical, and logistical requirements Liaise with technical teams to ensure clarity regarding work orders, deliverables, and project expectations Maintain accurate project documentation, billing notes, and reporting related to project activities Ensure system updates and workflow tracking are completed accurately and on time Qualifications and Skills Essential: High school diploma or equivalent qualification Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative, operations, customer service, or project coordination role Strong verbal and written communication skills Good problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Business Applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Preferred: Previous experience in a customer service, BPO, or contact centre environment Exposure to CRM or customer support systems Post-matric qualification (certificate or diploma) Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or other project management credentials Why Join Quantanite?
