Description
We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing 4-month project-based Online Video Sharing account in Quezon City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling. Key Responsibilities Protect customers and reduce fraud while maintaining a positive experience. Review accounts, transactions, and patterns to detect and prevent fraud. Identify trends that separate legitimate vs. fraudulent activity. Handle calls regarding potential fraud and confirm activity with customers. Use internal and external tools to determine if activity is fraudulent. Solve problems, find root causes, and recommend solutions. Must be a College Graduate with or without BPO experience OR Completed 2nd year in college with at least 6 months of BPO Experience Must have excellent communication skills Must be willing to work onsite in Vertis North Willing to work on shifting schedule Comfortable with a project-based employment for 4 months Competitive salary 25K completion bonus
