JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking 1 Skilled Contractor & 1 Skilled Team Lead Contractor to join our team. You will be responsible for executing various interior remodeling projects. Our company remodels basements from completely bare foundation walls. Our ideal employee would have a strong background in multiple interior remodeling trades, ensuring high-quality workmanship. This role does require a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. We do consider skill when we hire, but we more so consider the person and their ability to be easy to work with, friendly to our Clients & Contractors, and they want to learn more and grow with us.

• Your job is to finish the entire project from bare walls to a complete finished product. You will have a project manager who will design the build/ blue prints and deliver materials on site for you.
• Here’s a list of tasks we perform, not all are needed to be hired, but ideal:
• Basic Framing, Insulation, Drywall w/ simple textures, Painting, Doors, Trim, LVP (not carpet), and vanities/ cabinets.
• You have to have respect for the quality of work, first and foremost, while still working fast.
• You must use your own truck, our company does not provide one, the bulk of materials are delivered on site. All gas & oil changes are covered for you.
