Job Purpose We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and self‑motivated Biller to join our team in a fully in‑office role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working independently, and brings strong accounting knowledge to daily billing operations.Job Description Prepare, review, and process project billing with accuracy and timeliness Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and completeness Follow up on rejected or past due invoices Generate reports and analyze billing data Support month‑end and year‑end accounting activities as needed You are meant for this job if: Minimum of 2+ years accounting experience, with project billing experience preferred Good understanding of Accounting and Financial theory and principles Advanced personal computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and other formulas as needed) Experience in an ERP environment, SAP preferred. Demonstrated solid ability to work independently and solve complex, non-recurring problems.  Strong communication skills with attention to details and organization Skills Billing
