Job Description: * Progress, milestone, or percentage of completion billing * Accounts Receivable experience - required * Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills (must be able to create/understand pivot tables and VLOOKUP) - required * Billing Portal Experience - required * Manufacturing Experience - required * Audit experience - preferred * Sales Tax experience - preferred * Month-end close and account reconciliations - (must be able to work long hours the last day(s) of the month - includes weekends when last day of the month falls on Saturday or Sunday) - required * ERP experience - required * Ability to work in a team and alone - required * Ability to lead AR conversations during weekly AR review - required * Excellent data entry, analytical, and problem-solving skills - required * Accounting degree or actively pursuing - preferred * Excellent computer, verbal, and written skills - required * Other Ad hoc projects as needed Preferred Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Two (2) to five (5) years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to implement continuous process improvement initiatives • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) • Billing Portal Experience (Ariba, OpenInvoice, etc.) • ERP experience • Sales Tax Experience preferred Physical Strain: • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure

Responsibilities

The specialist will be responsible for progress, milestone, or percentage of completion billing, requiring strong Accounts Receivable experience and the ability to lead AR conversations during weekly reviews. This role also involves month-end close activities, which may require working long hours, including weekends when the last day of the month falls on a weekend.
