This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in diverse projects across various sectors, including commercial, educational, and industrial buildings. As a Project Cadet, you will play a crucial role in assisting our project management team with the execution and delivery of high-quality construction projects. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in project management, from planning and coordination to quality assurance and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities Support the project team in developing and maintaining project schedules and timelines. Assist in coordinating project activities to ensure they adhere to established deadlines. Help prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and procurement materials. Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements. Maintain project records and assist in tracking project progress and milestones. Conduct research and analysis to support project decisions and problem-solving. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials. Currently pursuing a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently. Strong organisational and time management skills. Basic understanding of construction practices and methodologies is favorable.
