Responsibilities
Reporting to the Project Categorization Manager to manage and support the categorization of Gold, Platinum, Iron, Bronze, and Silver projects, including pre-assessments of new initiatives
Leading and coordinating the project categorization process for Gold and Platinum projects, providing guidance, running awareness sessions, and presenting at Categorization Recommendation Reviews
Supporting Project Managers in using the Planisware tool for categorization assessments and approvals, including monthly user support sessions to address categorization issues
Ensuring consistency in interpreting categorization criteria and aligning project levels with Project Management Certification requirements, while promoting adherence to existing rules
Contributing to methodology updates and process improvements, including sharing best practices, optimizing tools, and maintaining an informed, transnational stakeholder list
Generating monthly management reports and KPIs on categorization progress for internal and business stakeholders.
