AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY IS NOW AVAILABLE AT POLICE DIGITAL SERVICE FOR A PROJECT CHANGE LEAD SUITABLE FOR A SECONDMENT OPPORTUNITY AT CHIEF INSPECTOR, INSPECTOR LEVEL OR POLICE STAFF EQUIVALENT FOR 12 MONTHS.

You will be initially deployed onto the DCF Project team to support in the rollout of Digital Case File. There is also a role available in NFLMS.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • Extensive experience across policing, law enforcement or criminal justice.
  • Evidence of planning, leading, and delivering business change and tactical programme/project delivery in complex, multiagency environments.
  • Ability to evaluate, analyse and swiftly summarise information; numerate with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy in written reports.
  • Evidence of excellent verbal and written communications skills to produce high quality briefings and collateral.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence decision making in an environment without direct authority over others.
  • Evidence of effective stakeholder management and multi-agency collaboration, able to manage and communicate with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority.
  • Ability and confidence to work and think independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to act with discretion, maintaining confidentiality where appropriate.
  • Confident use of technology and good grasp of digital agenda.
  • Proven experience of business change delivery.
