The Position
Join our People team as a Project and Change Manager supporting key Workforce Transformation initiatives across St John of God Health Care.
In this role, you will report to the Chief People Officer and lead the full project lifecycle from scoping and planning through to execution and delivery on strategic workforce projects focused on improving skill mix, workforce planning, and operational flexibility.
You’ll also take ownership of change management strategies, working closely with leaders and stakeholders to ensure initiatives are understood, adopted, and sustained across the organisation.
