Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

2,100 colleagues from 46 countries, including 800 engineers, shape in Hennigsdorf the future of rail mobility. The locally developed, manufactured, and maintained product range includes high-speed, regional, and local trains, subways, as well as trams and light rail vehicles. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. You’ll report to Site Plant Director and the Project Director and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

  • Engineering or master’s degree level education, preferably in manufacturing, mechanical, electrical or supply chain disciplines
  • At least 7 to 10 years of experience in industrial operations including 3 years at project or site management level in rail, aerospace or shipbuilding
  • Strong leadership and ability to federate teams on technical orientations to reach QCD targets
  • Demonstrated capacity to lead cross-functional activities and various stakeholders
  • Ability for analysis, problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environmen
