Position Summary The Project Clerk provides administrative and project support within the fabrication shop and across various oil & gas sites. This role is responsible for timely and accurate timecard entry, maintaining organized documentation, and assisting with all sites administrative tasks that flow through the shop office. Other responsibilities: Collect, review, and enter daily timesheets for personnel and contractors. Communicate with foremen, supervisors, and project controls staff to clarify missing or inaccurate data. Support general administrative functions related to shop project tracking. Maintain accurate and well-organized project files and documentation. Support document control: filing, updating, and distributing job documents. Prepare and format internal reports, spreadsheets, as requested. Assist with tracking job progress, material usage, and shop productivity reports. Our Ideal Candidate: 3+ years of administrative, data entry, or project support experience in industrial construction, or oil & gas environment. 3+ years of timecard entry experience, preferably with Premier and Sage. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Exceptional attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills. Comfortable handling high volumes of information under tight timelines. Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Professional written and verbal communication skills.
