An experienced Project Coordinator is required to join the Aristocraft group based at our showroom in Brierley Hill.
Aristocraft design and install bespoke Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms throughout the West Midlands. We have a main showroom in Brierley Hill, with further showrooms in Solihull and Leamington Spa.
The role will be part of the Operations team and the successful candidate will be liaising directly with customers and managing subcontract trades to enable the smooth running of installations in consumers’ homes.
You will be a key contact within the business, this position requires someone who is proactive and used to working in a challenging and dynamic environment.
The role involves
· Planning and organising installations in customer homes
· Communicating directly with customers, keeping them updated throughout their project and managing their expectations
· Liaising with trades ensuring they have capacity to complete work
· Resolving any issues that arise with materials Including visits to site when needed
· Logging information on the CRM system to give visibility to the team
· Building and maintain strong relationships with customers, trades and colleagues
Ideally you will have
· Experience of project co-ordination in a similar environment
· Strong organisational skills
· Excellent communication both verbal and written
· Ability to solve problems, multi-task and work well under pressure
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
