Morningside College Project Co-ordinator II (carrying the job title of ‘College Affairs Officer’) The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing administrative and logistical support for student admissions, scholarships and financial aid, exchange programmes, and mentorship programmes; (b) handling student matters; (c) organising student events; (d) performing committee work; (e) assisting the Dean of Students in scheduling student appointments; (f) supporting office administration and accounts; and (g) performing any other duties as assigned. Irregular work hours (including evenings and weekends) and duty trips will be required occasionally. Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree; (ii) at least 3 years of administrative experience, preferably at tertiary institutions; (iii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including fluency in Putonghua); (iv) good IT proficiency (e.g., Excel, Zoom, etc.); (v) excellent attention to details; (vi) strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills; (vii) a self-motivated work attitude; (viii) a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work well in a team; and (ix) the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Having experience in student affairs and administration will be an advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.
