Graduate School Project Co-ordinator II (carrying the job title of ‘Programme Officer’) The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing support to various academic matters for postgraduate students, including admissions, student records, assessment, and documentation; (b) collating of statistics; (c) co-ordinating of activities and events; (d) supporting for IT systems; and (e) performing other new initiatives and ad hoc duties as assigned. Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iii) strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills; (iv) a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation; (v) a collaborative work style, and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines; and (vi) good analytical ability and strong computer skills. Having at least 2 years’ administrative work experience is preferred. Prior experience in programme administration will be advantageous. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test. Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
