Description
The Nethersole School of Nursing Project Co-ordinator II (carrying the job title of ‘Project Manager’) The appointee will be responsible for a research project on restraint reduction in old age homes. Duties include (a) providing administrative support to project management; (b) liaising with different institutions; (c) organising events and activities, such as seminars, symposiums, and webinars; (d) designing and producing promotional materials and publications; and (e) performing other duties as assigned. Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Computer Sciences, or related disciplines; (ii) proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; (iii) at least 3 years’ post-qualification work experience, preferably in marketing or event organisation; (iv) a self-motivated and independent work attitude to work under minimal supervision; (v) a mature work attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills; and (vi) strong time management skills, and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations. Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
