Description
Department of Medicine and Therapeutics Project Co-ordinator II(s) The appointee(s) will be responsible for (a) providing executive support for postgraduate programme administration; (b) planning, organising, co-ordinating and executing events such as information sessions, graduation, and academic activities; (c) developing communication materials for internal and externals use, such as social media content, website, and leaflets; (d) liaising with internal departments and external bodies; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned. Overtime work may be required. Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 3 years’ post-qualification relevant work experience, preferably in the administration of postgraduate programmes, event organization, and project management; (iii) strategic analytical thinking skills; (iv) strong communication and interpersonal skills; (v) self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team; (vi) proficiency in MS Office applications; and (vii) an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Having work experience in the education or healthcare field will be advantageous. Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
