Secretariat Project Co-ordinator II The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing administrative support to the University Secretariat in legal compliance, governance, statutory and regulatory matters; (b) providing logistical support to committees, meetings and events; (c) assisting in daily operations of the office; (d) assisting in the digitalisation of documents; and (e) performing other projects and tasks as assigned. Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iii) at least 2 years’ post-qualification work experience; (iv) high level of computer literacy; (v) strong organisational and problem-solving skills; and (vi) a good team player with a meticulous mindset and self-motivation, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability. Prior work experience in office automation and legal support will be considered an advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test. Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
