Description
School of Pharmacy Project Co-ordinator II The School of Pharmacy is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Project Co-ordinator II to support the delivery of educational programmes organized by the School. The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing executive support for postgraduate taught and certificate programme administration in relation to curriculum, admission, programme delivery, speaker co-ordination, student support and advising; (b) providing general administrative support for research postgraduate programme, including admission and student progress monitoring; (c) liaising with academic departments and administrative units of the University and external parties; (d) co-ordinating and providing support to student events and other ad hoc projects; (e) handling programme promotion through social media platforms; and (f) undertaking other duties as assigned. Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) a good command of written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese; (iii) the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously; and (iv) high proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese word-processing. Having relevant experience in programme administration is highly preferred, while passionate fresh graduates with relevant intern experience are also welcome to apply. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test. Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
