Description
The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care Project Co-ordinator II The appointee will be responsible for (a) co-ordinating health projects which includes recruitment of participants, liaison with external parties such as NGOs and schools, arranging and providing training for participants and part-time staff, etc.; (b) drafting health promotional materials in Chinese and English; (c) collecting data, e.g. conducting surveys, interviews and focus groups; and (d) providing administrative support and performing other tasks as assigned. Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree in health- or sports-related subjects; (ii) a good command of English and Chinese; (iii) at least 1 to 2 years’ related work experience and/or knowledge of project management; (iv) good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills; and (vi) the ability to work with a wide range of partners and stakeholders. Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and funding availability.
