Chow Yuk Ho Technology Centre for Innovative Medicine Project Co-ordinator II The appointee will be responsible for (a) performing administrative duties, ensuring compliance with the guidelines and policies; (b) handling procedures and documents related to basic accounting, tender and procurement; (c) collecting, preparing and analysing statistical data, and compiling reports; (d) providing support for research projects, academic and research staff, and secretarial tasks; (e) handling space management, database and website update; (f) assisting in activity promotion and organisation; (g) liaising with internal units and external parties; and (h) performing other tasks as assigned. Applicants should have (i) a recognised Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 3 years’ post-qualification work experience; (iii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills; (v) a strong sense of responsibility and attentiveness to details; (vi) strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently; and (vii) good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test. Applicants must submit copies of academic certificates showing that they have fulfilled the academic qualifications stated above. Otherwise, their applications will NOT be considered. Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
