Description
Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Project Co-ordinator II The appointee will be stationed at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Shatin, and be responsible for (a) co-ordinating taught master and professional diploma programme; (b) organising academic activities including international congress, short course, seminar, workshop, etc; (c) preparing documentations and budget as required; (d) liaising with internal and external parties; (e) providing support to the office administration and daily operations; and (f) performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned. Working beyond office hours or during weekends will be required occasionally. Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iii) at least 3 years’ post-qualification work experience preferably in project management, administration, marketing or customer services; (iv) computer literacy, e.g. MS Offices, Chinese word-processing, etc.; (v) strong problem-solving skills and project execution capability; (vi) good interpersonal and communication skills; and (vii) the ability to work both independently and co-operatively with other team members under a multitasking environment. Having knowledge of design software / application, e.g. Canva, Photoshop, is preferred. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test. Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
