Description
Communications and Public Relations Office Project Co-ordinator II The appointee will be responsible for (a) managing the accounting matters, including processing procurement documents and assisting in budget management; (b) handling the daily operations of the Office; (c) handling personnel-related matters; (d) assisting in the planning and management of new initiatives and projects, including office renovation; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned. Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 3 years’ post-qualification work experience in administration or project management (iii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); (iv) good communication and interpersonal skills; (v) strong problem-solving, organisational and interpersonal skills (vi) the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines; and (vii) strong computer literacy and knowledge of computer applications. Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
