Description
Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Project Co-ordinator II The appointee will be responsible for (a) managing the Acting Chairperson’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements; (b) preparing and organising documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and events; (c) assisting in the preparation and submission of research grant applications, ensuring compliance with funding agency guidelines and deadlines; (d) supporting the development and execution of fundraising strategies to recruit donations for departmental initiatives; and (e) performing other duties as assigned. Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree or above; (ii) at least 3 years’ post-qualification executive experience, preferably gained from higher education institutions; (iii) an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) excellent problem-solving, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills; (v) the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines; and (vi) strong computer literacy and knowledge of computer applications. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test. Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 1 year, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
