Centre for Innovation and Technology Project Co-ordinator II The appointee will work under the Centre for Innovation and Technology of the Faculty of Engineering. He/She will be responsible for (a) serving as secretary to the Centre Director; (b) serving as the key liaison between the Centre and internal and external stakeholders; (c) handling editing and proofreading publications, website content and promotional materials; (d) co-ordinating ad-hoc event planning, marketing and communication; (e) providing logistical and administrative support to the Centre’s major events; and (f) performing other duties as assigned. Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline; (ii) at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in marketing, corporate communications, or related fields; (iii) an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills with strong attentiveness to detail; (v) proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities; and (vi) strong ability to multitask, work independently and accomplish tasks effectively. Having solid work experience in a tertiary institution will be an advantage.
