Description
Sir Run Run Shaw Hall Project Co-ordinator II The appointee will be responsible for (a) coordinating and delivering arts programmes, and conducting workshops as required; (b) promoting events and initiatives; (c) supporting venue operations; (d) providing administrative support to the unit; and (e) undertaking other duties as assigned. Shift work will be required. Applicants should have (i) a recognised Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in the arts or cultural sector; (iii) solid knowledge of Hong Kong’s arts and cultural landscape, particularly in drama and performing arts; (iv) strong written and spoken English and Chinese; (v) excellent communication and interpersonal skills; (vi) the ability to work independently with strong self-motivation; and (vii) good IT proficiency, including MS Office applications. Applications without supporting documents will not be considered. Appointment will be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
