Description
Faculty of Medicine Project Co-ordinator II The appointee will work under the Education and Academic Affairs of the Faculty and Planning Office, Faculty of Medicine, and will be based in the Prince of Wales Hospital, Shatin. He/She will be responsible for (a) managing educational projects, including planning and organising various project activities; (b) developing survey content, administering surveys, and collecting and analysing data for educational projects; (c) supporting grant applications and administration for education-related projects, including drafting reports and producing project deliverables; and (d) performing other duties as assigned. Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Education or health-related disciplines; (ii) at least 2 years’ research- or project-related work experience, preferably in research or project administration; (iii) a basic understanding of statistical methods; (iv) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; (v) excellent interpersonal and communication skills; (vi) strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently; and (vii) proficiency in statistical programmes (e.g. R Programming or SPSS).
