Description
Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Project Co-ordinator II The appointee will work at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Shatin, and will be responsible for (a) managing and administering undergraduate and postgraduate academic programmes including course preparation, student support, report writing, etc.; (b) developing and implementing strategies for recruiting high-quality students for postgraduate programmes; (c) planning and co-ordinating academic activities and events; (d) handling student matters; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned. Overtime work may be required occasionally. Applicants should have/be (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 3 years’ post-qualification executive experience, preferably in the education sector and programme administration; (iii) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) proficiency in common IT applications; (v) good interpersonal skills, exceptional skill in managing multiple tasks and adhering to deadlines; and (vi) self-motivated, able to attend to details, target oriented, as well as a team player and problem-solver. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test. Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
