Description
School of Chinese Medicine Project Co-ordinator II The School of Chinese Medicine has received funding from the Chinese Medicine Development Fund to support the project “Development of Teaching Resource Kit on Chinese Medicine Culture for Primary Schools”. We are now inviting supporting staff to join the Project. The appointee will be responsible for (a) preparing teaching materials, planning, and arranging courses; (b) delivering workshops and classes to teachers and students to foster engagement and deepen understanding of the subject matter, as well as developing and refining course materials to align with the Project’s objectives; (c) assisting in the design of interactive and innovative teaching resources; (d) liaising with internal and external parties to strengthen connections and build networks among the Project, local schools, and stakeholders; (e) analysing data and preparing reports; (f) providing administrative and secretarial support to the Project, relevant committees, and meetings; and (g) performing other duties as assigned. Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree or above in Psychology; (ii) a strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese; (iii) excellent communication skills; (iv) proficiency in computer applications; (v) the ability to multitask and work independently; and (vi) a strong sense of responsibility and self‑motivation. Having professional training in Child Psychology is preferred. Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 1 year commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
