We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our team as a project co-ordinator
This role is essential to the business and involves being the main contact point for our clients and managing their projects.
To be successful in this role the person will need to be highly organised and good at building relationships. They will need to have a good knowledge of signage products and how projects are implemented as well as a working knowledge of production. They will also need to have good commercial awareness. The role will involve looking after several high profile customers and working with all parts of the business to help deliver projects for our clients and ensuring that important projects are delivered on time, budget and quality.
We are looking for a candidate who wants a career and who is passionate about what they do, we believe it’s important that this person has a good sense of humour and is hard-working and willing to work overtime when required in evenings and potentially weekends.

Skills Required:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
• Proficiency in project management software and content management systems.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with Quoting, Job Management and Job Scheduling softwares on PC, Tablet and Smartphones.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to analyse systems and processes for continuous improvement opportunities.
• PC/Mac Skills – Microsoft office / Apple Programmes – Intermediate
• Design Packages – Basic but not essential.

• Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement best practices in project management using tools such as ServiceNow and Confluence.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and decision-making among team members.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures throughout the project process.
