THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Peterborough office. This role is perfect for someone ambitious, organised, and ready to grow with us. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Operations teams, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently while working with a variety of stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Support project delivery by managing action logs, project files, and documentation
  • Liaise with groundworkers and onsite teams regarding timesheets, job packs, and queries
  • Update internal systems, validate civils works, and support payroll and process administration
  • Collaborate with project and commercial teams to ensure workflows are efficient and compliant
  • Prepare and issue project start-up and close-out packs
  • Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are always met
