Join Team Purple. Join IFS. Job Description The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of company‑wide sales projects. This role demands strong organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. The coordinator will help streamline project activities, ensure timely follow‑ups, and contribute to smooth cross‑functional collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Duties and Accountabilities Project Support Assist Project Managers in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes. Administer PMO activities by scheduling meetings, organizing project files, and maintaining project management tools. Follow up with cross-functional teams on project-related matters. Communication & Coordination Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and smooth information flow. Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements. Schedule regular project meetings and circulate updates and meeting notes to stakeholders. Provide ad hoc reports as requested. Risk Management Identify and track project risks and issues. Support the development and implementation of mitigation strategies. Process Improvement Adhere to best practices and methodologies to enhance project management processes. Continuously identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and effectiveness. Leverage AI tools and best practices to minimize manual work and reduce repetitive tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Competencies Strong problem-solving skills. High attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks quickly and methodically. Ability to work under sustained timeline pressures. Excellent professional fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with international or multicultural working environments. Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Technical Skills Good understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Asana. Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook). Proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps is an added advantage. Knowledge of CRM tools and methodologies; familiarity with IFS Cloud is an advantage. Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, automation, workflow enhancement, or problem‑solving. Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably within a software or technology environment.
