Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

Fixed Term Contract for 12-month maternity cover . For the right person, there is a strong possibility of this role becoming permanent at the end of the contract.
This is an office-based role, Co-ordinating works within the Air Tightness Operations Department. Responsible for smooth running of day-to-day operations, working within a team to support the scheduling and booking in of works on to the Engineers Diary.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule air testing works in accordance with customer requirements and operating procedures to ensure efficient delivery of services and utilisation of national field-based technician workforce.
  • Resolve operational issues and challenges effectively to minimise delays, technician down-time and meet customer requirements. Example issues could relate to staffing, availability, equipment and last-minute changes to customer requirements.
  • Handling client enquiries by telephone and email, ensuring they are resolved and addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring prompt management of customer complaints or concerns.
  • Tracking of project completion.
  • Reporting of progress to clients/customers when required.
  • Ensuring all works are followed up to ensure the sales order is fulfilled.
  • Understanding envelope calculations and the equipment required to carry out the air test, full training to be provided.
  • Develop a good knowledge and understanding of the services that Stroma can provide.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction through all interactions.
  • To ensure that you work and comply within the personal responsibilities detailed in the current Health and Safety legislation and to assist in the company quality objectives of no accidents.
  • Carry out any other ad hoc duties as required commensurate with the role.
