JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, project coordination, and site operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings, and proficiency in construction management software to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in commercial construction management and on-site project coordination.
• Proficiency in construction management software, including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid.
• Strong understanding of construction estimating practices and project scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Experience in contracts administration and negotiation.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced knowledge of construction management principles and best practices.
• Previous experience managing large-scale commercial projects.

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to meet project specifications.
• Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts in compliance with legal and company standards.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, communication, and collaboration.
• Perform construction estimating to prepare accurate project budgets.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on-site.
