Offshore travel is required. Rotational work schedule: 15/20. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Completion Engineer – Telecommunication for platform delivery and integration as part of the Project. The Commissioning System Responsible Telecommunication will be responsible for planning, execution, and supervision of Completion and Commissioning (C&C) activities for designated telecom systems. The position requires close collaboration across disciplines and interfaces, with a strong focus on HSSE, system-based commissioning, and efficient transition from project to operations. Main Responsibilities Act as Commissioning System Responsible for designated telecommunication systems. Provide discipline input to systems connected to and controlled by telecom systems. Support the Project Team to ensure compliance with Aker BP BMS and project requirements. Roles, Responsibilities & Tasks Review and verify documentation and drawings relevant to Mechanical Completion (MC) and Commissioning. Provide engineering and commissioning input during preparation and execution phases. Estimate and plan commissioning scope onshore and offshore, including schedule input. Plan and execute MC follow-up and commissioning activities independently. Participate in MC punch-outs and FATs at supplier sites. Update progress and deliverables in the project completion system PIMS. Develop, review, and implement commissioning procedures. Coordinate with disciplines and departments to ensure safe and efficient execution. Identify, manage, and follow up risks and opportunities related to commissioning. Plan and call off ATS as required. Manage contractor personnel and commissioning support resources. Ensure availability of spare parts, special tools, and first fills. Perform first fills and ensure readiness prior to commissioning. Provide leadership with strong focus on Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE). Participate in discipline MC punch rounds. Execute commissioning activities according to the approved commissioning plan. Ensure a smooth handover from Project to Operations. Participate in pre-start-up and performance test reviews as required. Experience, Qualifications & Abilities Education BSc in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). MSc in Engineering or related field is an advantage. Essential Experience & Requirements Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Experience from NORSOK projects. Strong system-based commissioning knowledge. Proven delivery track record within Oil & Gas on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Experience with project completion and document management systems (PIMS is an advantage). Ability to lead and coordinate commissioning engineers and technicians. Strong understanding of telecom systems within offshore installations. Performance Performance goals will be agreed with the Commissioning Manager and/or Commissioning Lead SAS & ICT.
