As a Project Compliance Specialist 1 - Hazardous Building Materials, you will join our Hazardous Building Materials Team in our Worcester or our Westwood office, where you’ll play a key role in delivering vital infrastructure projects across the Northeast. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• MA, RI and/or CT Asbestos Inspector and Project Monitor Licensure
• NIOSH 582 Asbestos Analytical Certification preferred, but will provide training
• OSHA 40 HAZWOPER Certified preferred, but will provide training

As a valuable part of our HBMA Consulting Team, a Project Compliance Specialist 1 will support a variety of projects and gain hands-on experience with responsibilities such as:

• Provide environmental consulting for hazardous building materials (HBM), including asbestos, PCBs (including PCB-impacted materials), lead, and universal waste
• Conduct environmental assessments and field sampling
• Assist in developing abatement specifications and project documentation
• Perform on-site abatement monitoring and observation during demolition or renovation activities
• Prepare accurate and timely environmental reports
