Job Description Project Košice or Project Budapest – Project Construction Manager Establish and implement the erection plan, ensuring HSE, quality, time, and cost compliance. Plan and coordinate resources with the Project Manager and HSMIC; source third-party personnel and manage contracts. Supervise construction sites professionally and support site teams to achieve work package objectives. Specify and procure installation package and tools in cooperation with the Site Manager Develop erection concepts (sequence, scheduling, coordination) and procure installation packages/tools with the Site Manager. Report regularly to the Project Director, identify risks/deviations, and act proactively in line with HSE requirements. Is aware of the HSE requirements relevant to their role, and implements and complies with them Qualifications Technical University Degree Proven experience (>8 years) in plant erection and site management for large industrial projects; strong planning and coordination skills. Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, motivate employees, and conduct technical negotiations with subcontractors. Solid commercial acumen and problem-solving skills, even with incomplete information; strong market and product knowledge.
