Job Description Project Košice or Project Budapest – Project Construction Manager Establish and implement the erection plan, ensuring HSE, quality, time, and cost compliance. Plan and coordinate resources with the Project Manager and HSMIC; source third-party personnel and manage contracts. Supervise construction sites professionally and support site teams to achieve work package objectives. Specify and procure installation package and tools in cooperation with the Site Manager Develop erection concepts (sequence, scheduling, coordination) and procure installation packages/tools with the Site Manager. Report regularly to the Project Director, identify risks/deviations, and act proactively in line with HSE requirements. Is aware of the HSE requirements relevant to their role, and implements and complies with them Qualifications Technical University Degree Proven experience (>8 years) in plant erection and site management for large industrial projects; strong planning and coordination skills. Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, motivate employees, and conduct technical negotiations with subcontractors. Solid commercial acumen and problem-solving skills, even with incomplete information; strong market and product knowledge. Proficiency in MS Office, User-level knowledge in Resource Planning Systems (SAP, and PIRS); Valid SCC and IOSH certifications required or other Site and Safety Training of recognized European Authority Excellent English language skills and Slovak (for Košice Project) or Hungarian (for Budapest Project) Additional Information Employee perks, benefits Employment contract for an indefinite period + 13th Salary 5% Annual bonus Flexible working time (core time 9-3:00) Home office possible 2 days a week Extra days of leave 2 Sick days per year Recreation allowance Referral program Travel allowance The third pillar of the pension scheme (up to 2,5%) Company mobile phone or phone allowance Support for professional and career growth, education and training Compensation Basic wage component (gross): 3200 EUR/month This amount is our minimum offered salary.
