We are seeking a dynamic Consultant to help shape the future of employment services for persons with disabilities in New Brunswick. In this role, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution—managing contracts, leading special projects, analyzing program outcomes, and working directly with our member agencies to drive innovation and compliance. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Education, Business, Public Administration, or related field).
  • Experience in program or service delivery, ideally in the non-profit or government sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Bilingual (French and English) verbal and written communication is required.
  • Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience (including lived experience) may be considered.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :

  • Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent (sciences sociales, éducation, affaires, administration publique ou domaine connexe).

  • Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière autonome et collaborative dans un environnement à distance.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with agencies, stakeholders, and partners
  • Provide strategic guidance to ensure programs and initiatives meet both operational needs and long-term objectives
  • Monitor service delivery, assess outcomes, and recommend improvements based on data and performance analysis
  • Plan and execute short-term projects and initiatives that advance the coop’s strategic priorities
  • Develop and deliver training to strengthen member agency capacity and program compliance
  • Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for innovation
  • Collaborate with member agencies to implement best practices and share resources
