Responsibilities

In your role as a Project Consultant Expert – Compliance & Certification you will manage complex and/or large-scale onboarding projects to prepare SAP solutions to undergo new external audits and certifications. This includes working with cross-functional teams to drive onboarding projects and process/tool optimization. You will leverage extensive knowledge in compliance by working closely together with auditors, development, and operations teams.

The Project Consultant Expert – Compliance & Certification role includes, but is not limited to:

  • End-to-end coordination and management of onboarding projects - including - e.g., project assignments, monitor and reporting of ongoing onboarding projects, ensure timely de-escalation, provide guidance to project consultants on onboarding process and procedures.
  • Partner with and collect/report key metrics provided by multiple stakeholders, assist with the development and reporting of key audit dashboards for onboarding projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on listening to stakeholder and customer needs.
  • Drives and promotes continuous improvement by initiating and leading retrospectives.
  • Converts proven best practices into sustainable standards.
  • Coaches project manager with less experience and proactively shares knowledge, expertise, and best practices in coaching situations.
