THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Project Consultant to join our dynamic REMS (Risk, Evaluation, Mitigation, and Strategy) team! In this key role, you will deliver Shepherd Safety Services projects, contributing to client-facing deliverables, research and analysis, project management activities, and client communications for REMS-related and other drug safety initiatives, driving superior results and clear communication throughout.

Responsibilities
  • Complete tasks that support the successful delivery of projects.
  • Support issue identification and resolution.
  • Use effective engagement tools and templates, as well as clear communication, to ensure alignment and mutual understanding of tasks, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Contribute to the development of client-ready project deliverables in a variety of different formats (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Excel) with direction and support from the AM/SAM.
  • Responsibility for owning and completing individual project tasks with guidance, drafting deliverables that align with the framework and direction provided
  • Assist with conduct of primary / secondary research, including taking notes during interviews, summarizing key takeaways, and reporting of findings with appropriate sourcing.
  • Work with the project team to effectively resolve challenges.
  • Track and update project activities across the life of the project to ensure that you consistently meet or exceed timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Support business development activities.
  • Effectively deliver projects and engage with clients to ensure Shepherd Safety Service’s reputation for excellence, which is the foundation of our business development success.
  • Understand and expand knowledge of drug safety, particularly REMS programs
