Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence Strong understanding of urban planning principles and best practices in master planning for sustainable infrastructure development. Knowledgeable about local advertisement rules and bye-laws to ensure compliance in municipal projects. Ability to analyze and assess infrastructure project viability and recommend strategic improvements. Proficient in conducting stakeholder consultations and engagement to align project goals with community needs. Experience in delivering technical reports and presentations that effectively communicate planning recommendations and regulatory frameworks.
