As a Project & Content Manager (m/f/d) Internal Communication you will report to our Employee Experience Communications & Events Senior Manager in the Group Communication deparment based in Blieskastel or in Frankfurt am Main for a permanent contract.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute communication strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive communication concepts that resonate with different target groups within the company. Focus on strategic content creation to ensure alignment and awareness of our company’s goals and projects.
  • Lead communication projects: Take charge of communication projects from inception to execution, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse internal audience and uphold our brand’s reputation.
  • Act as a communication advisor: Serve as a key communication consultant to top management, providing expert advice on best practices for internal communication and engagement strategies.
  • Content creation for diverse audiences: Generate engaging, informative content tailored for various internal platforms and audiences, from executive communications to broader employee updates, supporting our strategic initiatives like Project 2030.
  • Strategic analysis for continuous improvement: Regularly analyse the impact of communications through KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to maximise effectiveness and contribute to the business’s overall success.
