We are a listed company in Nasdaq and we are looking for the following role:

  • Diligently prepare, negotiate, and review a variety of company contracts, including subcontractor agreements, purchase agreements, and sales contracts
  • Oversee and verify project-related claims to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Apply strong analytical skills to assess contracts with the goal of cost reduction, profit maximization, and adherence to relevant legal and regulatory standards
  • Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Project Department and its Managers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferred experience with office management software
  • Demonstrate a collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively and work closely with cross-functional teams, including department heads and senior management
  • Prior experience in contract management and a sound understanding of legal requirements are advantageous
  • Ensure all contractual agreements comply with applicable legislation and align with the company’s strategic objectives, including performing ad hoc tasks as required
