REQUIREMENTS:

• Personal Attributes: Young, proactive, and motivated. Must be able to handle stress well.
• Communication: Must be able to speak Afrikaans and English fluently.
• Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable personal transport.
• Contract: Must be available to start immediately or within one month.

• Project Management: Manage, oversee, and coordinate installing teams on construction sites.
• Collaboration: Work with major builders in South Africa to gain valuable on-site experience.
• Communication: Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Progress Monitoring: Track and report on contract progress, including budgets, schedules, quality assurance and material orders.
• Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms for the company. Manage subcontractors to ensure efficiency.
• Documentation: Ensure all documentation and reporting meet company standards.
• Independent Work: Manage projects independently with a proactive approach.
