Tasks Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard tools. Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports. Track project costs and prepare cost forecasts and variance analyses. Support project budgeting, planning, and financial reporting activities. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets. Identify and communicate project risks and opportunities related to schedule and cost. Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards. Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations for stakeholders. Requirements Master’s degree in engineering, project management, finance, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in project control, scheduling, or cost engineering roles. Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and cost control tools. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Experience in the energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluent in English and German. Other languages are a plus.
